Terms & Conditions

Terms for using the Experto engineering and digital services website.

Last Updated22 October 2026

1. Definitions and scope

“Experto” means the provider of the services presented on this website, “user” means anyone visiting or using the website, and “client” means a party contracting with us for services. These terms govern use of the Experto services website. A written agreement signed by both parties defines project scope and obligations and prevails in the event of a conflict concerning that project.

2. Use of the website

By using this website, you agree to these terms. You must have legal authority to request services and provide accurate information. Unlawful use, infringement of others’ rights, malicious software, unauthorized access, and disruption of website systems are prohibited. Non-compliant use may be restricted in accordance with applicable law.

3. Services, quotes and estimates

The website presents website and application development, AI systems, account & digital identity management and other digital services. Website information, prices, quotes and estimates, including calculator results, are indicative and non-binding until a written agreement defining scope, deliverables, timing and fees is signed. Submitting a request or booking a consultation does not create an obligation to deliver a project. Subsequent scope changes require agreement between the parties.

4. Invoices and payments

Amounts due are paid according to the invoice and signed agreement through the website’s payment provider or the method specified on the invoice. The invoice specifies currency, applicable taxes and due dates. Payment processing is subject to the payment provider’s terms; payment alone does not change the agreed scope. Cancellation and refunds are governed by the signed agreement, subject to mandatory statutory rights.

5. Intellectual property

Website trademarks, content, designs and software belong to Experto or their respective rights holders. Website use does not grant permission to copy, distribute or commercially exploit them without authorization. The project agreement defines ownership of deliverables, usage licences and conditions for transfer of rights. Third-party and open-source components remain subject to their respective licences.

6. Client content and responsibilities

Clients retain rights to the content and data they supply and authorize Experto to use them only as needed to perform the agreed service. Clients are responsible for necessary rights and permissions, lawful and accurate content, and providing requirements and approvals on the agreed schedule. Passwords and sensitive data should not be submitted through public contact forms.

7. Confidentiality and personal data

Both parties must protect non-public information exchanged to perform services, use it only for the agreed purpose, and disclose it only to authorized persons who need access or where legally required. This excludes information lawfully public or independently obtained. Personal data is handled according to the website’s privacy policy and any applicable agreement.

8. Limitation of liability

We aim for accurate and available website content, but errors and interruptions may occur, and no particular commercial or technical outcome is guaranteed. To the extent permitted by law, Experto is not liable for indirect losses or lost profits arising from website use or reliance on indicative information. Liability for contracted services is governed by the project agreement. Nothing excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under Saudi law.

9. Third-party links and services

The website may contain links or integrations with third parties. Their websites and services are governed by their own terms and policies. A link does not imply endorsement, and we do not control third-party content or service availability.

10. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by and interpreted under the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The competent courts in Riyadh have jurisdiction over disputes arising from them, subject to any mandatory jurisdiction rules.

11. Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated by publishing a revised version and update date on this page. Changes apply to website use after publication and do not amend an existing signed agreement except in accordance with that agreement and the parties’ consent.
